Refund policy

At L’Essence de Nina, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we are here to help.
1. Returns
You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
3. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning an item.

Non-refundable: Shipping costs are strictly non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping (if applicable) and the return shipping will be borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Exceptions
Certain types of items (such as intimate apparel or personal care items) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. Please check the specific product description before purchasing.
5. How to start a return
To start a return, please contact us at lessencedenina@proton.me with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with the necessary instructions on where to send the item.
